The global warming protocol calls for the U.S. to cut greenhouse gas
emissions to seven percent below what they were in 1990. Republicans
in the U.S. Congress say they will not ratify the proposed cut because it
could cause the economy to slow down. Do you agree with the Republicans' position?
Should the U.S. adhere to strict limits on carbon dioxide emissions even if large developing countries like China and India do not?
