There's an expression out there that says, "Time heals all wounds." After the events of September 11, I can't say that that is entirely true. Being from Bayonne and having worked myself on the 93rd floor of the south tower from December 1999 to November 2000 for the Voter News Service, and therefore having so many memories of the World Trade Center, that incomprehensible day is something that has literally occupied my mind constantly ever since. I have taken it personally, and then knowing that people whom I remember were directly affected, makes it even more personal. I knew Steven's daughter for several years in school, and it really hurts to think that someone you know has to endure a loss on this scale. Mr. Morello, and the Morello family, my thoughts and prayers are with you.
