WTO reaches deal on farm subsidies The World Trade Organization's summit in Hong Kong ends with economic leaders from 149 nations saying they have made progress on a far-reaching global trade pact. The summit had plenty of skeptics, as well as raucous protesters, who wanted an agreement that would help developing nations.
