One of the world's biggest R&B stars, Houston-raised Kelly Rowland shot to fame as part of Destiny's Child, the all-conquering all-girl group that she formed with childhood friend Beyonce Knowles.

Kelly Rowland: I thought there would be cowboys everywhere and horses and big boots and all of that. You still see cowboys but not as many as I thought you would. It's a beautiful city and I loved it.
