In 1979 Norng Chan Phal ran through the Khmer Rouge prison S-21 in Phnom Penh as a 9-year-old boy, searching for his mother. He is one of many survivors seeking justice more than 30 years after the Khmer Rouge regime was toppled. Whether that happens remains to be seen. full story
