The faces of Pontchartrain Park

It was one of the first neighborhoods in New Orleans where African-Americans could buy new homes in the 1950s, despite the limitations of segregation. Five years ago, Hurricane Katrina almost wiped Pontchartrain Park off the map. Today, the people who grew up in this New Orleans suburb have banded together to save this historical neighborhood.
