It took her six years, but Becky Griggs lost 200 pounds through counting calories, hitting the gym and creating a positive self-image. She even changed careers to support her newfound fitness. These days, the 43-year-old mother of two starts her mornings early, to meet her clients at the gym at 5:30. It's a big change from six years ago, when she was 352 pounds and, as she calls it, engaged in a "slow form of suicide."
