Mars-bound satellite is flying high
(CNN) -- A spacecraft on its way to Mars to search for signs of

The 2001 Mars Odyssey is slated to become the first spacecraft to visit Mars
since two disastrous failures in 1999. Its observations could
offer valuable information about possible extraterrestrial life
and future human colonization.
