MARK POTTER, CNN CORRESPONDENT: This is Mark Potter in Miami with some new information in the Elian Gonzalez case. A government source says that Justice Department letter to the Gonzalez family in Miami detailing where and when Elian Gonzalez is to be transferred to his father is now in the final-draft stages in Washington. The source says that the tentative government plan is for Elian to be transferred Thursday morning at the Okalawaha (ph) Airport near Miami. But one of the family lawyers said because the letter has not been received, there would be no comment yet, but it is widely believed the family will fight such a transfer in court.
