LOU WATERS, CNN ANCHOR: A national moment of remembrance to honor those who died in America's wars. It's a moment that has been commemorated each year on Memorial Day since 1997 by the national humanitarian organization No Greater Love. But this year, for the first time, the moment has been endorsed by the president and the Congress of the United States.
