Breaking NewsPhiladelphia Firefighters Rescue Man Trapped Inside Rubble of Collapsed BuildingAired July 24, 2000 - 9:50 a.m. ETTHIS IS A RUSH TRANSCRIPT. THIS COPY MAY NOT BE IN ITS FINAL FORM AND MAY BE UPDATED. DARYN KAGAN, CNN ANCHOR: We want to show you these live pictures from Philadelphia. Looks like firefighters have been able to rescue a man who was trapped inside the rubble of a collapsed building. The building collapsed earlier today in the south part of Philadelphia. It apparently is a three-story building. At one point, we had word that as many as three people were still trapped inside and that firefighters were able to talk with at least two of them. So we will continue to monitor the situation. We don't know if anybody else had been hurt or exactly how many people might be stuck inside. But again, a collapsed building and the subsequent rescue taking place in south Philadelphia. BILL HEMMER, CNN ANCHOR: They were working on some renovation in that building and things went wrong.
