ANDERSON COOPER, CNN ANCHOR: Before the break we talked about the controversy between Vijay Singh and Annika Sorenstam. Now we talked about women in golf and to a large extent, women in sports.
So we thought about one of the first women to bring the topic to the table, tennis legend Billie Jean King, and ask you the question whatever happened to her? Well, just this year, she was one of the commencement speakers at Dartmouth College. Before that she has been working on the foundation, World Team Tennis Charities to inspire others in the pursuit of excellence regardless of race, gender, physical or mental challenges, appearance or sexual orientation. And in February 1999, King won the Arthur Ashe Award for Courage and her fight to bring equality to women's sports.
