PAULA ZAHN, CNN ANCHOR: Finally tonight, Kevin Costner stopped by the studio tonight to talk life, politics, and movies. He has a new movie out next week called "Open Range." And I started off by talking politics with him. And I asked him a very simple question, if he's planning to vote for Arnold Schwarzenegger in the recall election. (BEGIN VIDEOTAPE) KEVIN COSTNER, ACTOR/DIRECTOR: We're not in the sixth grade. We're not going to vote for somebody we know because we know them. ZAHN: Nice dodge. You didn't answer my question whether you would support Arnold or not. COSTNER: I couldn't vote for anybody at this stage. I'm really -- you know, people have to earn our vote. (END VIDEOTAPE) ZAHN: We're going to have more of Kevin's interview with me tomorrow night.
