A.J. HAMMER, HOST: Tonight, Jack speaks out about a shocking MS diagnosis. Jack Osbourne is a brand-new dad, a soon-to-be husband, and now, he`s getting ready for the battle of his life. Tonight, Jack in his own words on his new epic challenge.

(MUSIC)

Hello and thank you for watching. I`m A.J. Hammer. Tonight, Jack Osbourne is speaking out about his brave battle with MS.

Today, Jack appeared on his mom`s show, "The Talk," to share his shocking story. And he also made a shocking revelation that his illness has already cost him a job.

But first, tonight, up close and personal with gospel great, BeBe Winans. Now, the last time BeBe was here, his close friend, Whitney Houston, had just died and he was kind enough to share his personal memories of Whitney.

Now, several months have passed, BeBe is planning his memoir about Whitney and he`s making some amazing new music. His moving new CD is called "America, America." It is back now.

And he has returned to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT to talk to us about how he`s doing now. It is always my pleasure to welcome the great BeBe Winans.

BEBE WINANS, GOSPEL SINGER: Sir, how are you, my friend?

HAMMER: I`m doing really well. And it is interesting for me to me to reflect upon what was going on the last time you and I sat on this show, face to face, and Whitney had just passed. So now, fast forward to present day. How are you doing?

WINANS: I`m doing - actually, I`m doing good. You know, one thing about a storm that I`ve learned in my life, with the loss of my brother and my father, that the storm doesn`t last. You know, if you keep on walking, you`ll walk through the storm, you know?

And so I find myself - and the book has been really a part of the therapeutic process for me, the grieving process for me.

I found myself on the other side where I`m laughing a little bit more now, and I`m thinking of her and it`s a positive more so than a negative, you know. Still with the reality of not being able to see her again, you know, on this side of heaven, but doing a lot better.

HAMMER: Well, there`s an ongoing grieving process, but there is so much truth to the cliche that time does heal.

WINANS: Yes.

HAMMER: And everybody obviously also very concerned about her family. What are they doing now to honor her as they try to move forward through their grief?

WINANS: Well, I think there`s a lot of things I know there are a lot of things that are in the plans, you know, some things I know, some things I don`t know. One of the things I do know, Rickey Minor is doing a big tribute, music tribute and -

HAMMER: Right. He was musical director who worked with Whitney all those years.

WINANS: Right. And I know there is a picture commemorative book that is going to be displayed with a lot of beautiful pictures.

And, you know, the movie is coming out, "Sparkle," and a lot of the family will be a part of that. So there are some things I know, and some things I don`t know. But I receive calls frequently about some participation in something.

HAMMER: And you`re feeling good about how Bobbi Kris is doing and the counseling she`s getting?

WINANS: Doing good. I think each day, she gets closer to better, you know. You know, one of the things I realize in grieving, you`re going to have some splendid days and, boom, you hit a wall, you know. One of those walls I know Cissy hit not long ago.

And speaking to her, she said it was one of her worst days since she passed, you know. So you have those days when you`re going, going, going. And then without any warning, you can, you know, trip over the grief.

HAMMER: It`s nice, though, to revisit some of the good moments. And I`m sure you`ve been doing that as you write the book.

Who could forget Whitney`s unbelievably powerful renditions of "The Star Spangled Banner" back in 1991? That is one of the songs you recorded for your album just in time for the Fourth of July, "America, America." It`s out now.

I imagine that - and she was alive when you recorded the studio track, but she was probably on your mind even then.

WINANS: Well, we talked about it. I mean, understand, every album I was involved with, Whitney was a part of, you know. When we met, we became family.

So every album, she either sang background. We talked about everything. So this particular album, you know, we talked about this - you know, I was doing "The Star Spangled Banner."

And one of the things she said like she always would say, is like, "Oh, really. You`re going to do that after," you know. I said, "I`m not scared of you."

HAMMER: Right. Who would dare? Would the great BeBe Winans even dare, as great as he is? Are you kidding? That`s great.

WINANS: I`m not nervous at all. I would sing from my heart like you would sing it from your heart. So she was very supportive.

HAMMER: Yes.

WINANS: You know, one of the things we did was support each other.

HAMMER: Well, I have to tell you, BeBe, I was all red, white and blue when I was listening to this album with it`s amazing selection of patriotic songs and some original songs.

WINANS: Thank you.

HAMMER: It`s always great to see you, my friend.

WINANS: Always.

HAMMER: Make sure you check out BeBe`s awesome new CD, "America, America." It is in stores right now.

As we move on tonight, Jack speaks out. Jack Osbourne held nothing back today, speaking out for the very first time about his devastating health crisis.

He`s battling multiple sclerosis, and today Jack spoke out on his mom Sharon`s show "The Talk." He also gave a candid interview in the brand-new issue of "People" magazine about his health.

SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s Nischelle Turner has more on Jack`s new revelations. And Nischelle, a lot of people were crying along with Sharon. It was hard not to when she first talked about her son`s diagnosis earlier this week.

NISCHELLE TURNER, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT CORRESPONDENT: Yes, I was one of those people, A.J. You know, Sharon was clearly unable to shake off her emotions then. She broke down as she tried to share the news of Jack`s diagnosis on Monday`s "The Talk."

But today, it was a whole new story. Sharon smiled as she appeared with her son, Jack. You see them right there. For the very first time, we are hearing what he has to say about being diagnosed with MS. Watch this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JACK OSBOURNE, REALITY TV STAR: Honestly, I`m fine.

(CHEERS AND APPLAUSE)

That`s the kind - ultimately, that`s the toughest thing with this disease that I`m learning is that, one moment, you can be fine, and like the next - I mean, I went blind in my right eye. That`s just kind of the - it`s a completely unpredictable disease.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: What were the symptoms you had, looking back?

J. OSBOURNE: I had problems with my bladder, problems with my stomach. And about two years ago, my legs went numb for like two months. And I just thought I pinched a nerve, and just typical, I`ll be fine. I`ll just get acupuncture.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Could you walk when they went numb?

J. OSBOURNE: I could walk but they just felt - they were just numb and tingly, and then they`re very sensitive to hot and cold water.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

TURNER: Here`s a little victory, though, A.J. You know Jack was talking about going blind in one of his eyes. Well, he also revealed that his vision has returned now to about 80 percent, so that`s good.

HAMMER: Wow. I mean, it`s amazing to see what he`s going through, how brave he`s being, but what an unpredictable situation he`s in. He seems to be taking it all in stride.

And I think he`s definitely helping so many people by being so candid about this. One hitch that he mentioned - did he really lose a job as a result of his diagnosis? What was that all about?

TURNER: You know, that`s what he said. He was referring to the NBC reality show, "Stars and Stripes." He revealed to "People" magazine that he was dropped from show.

Now, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT did reach out to NBC today for a statement about Jack being dropped, but we didn`t hear back as of show time.

Still, you know what? That little roadblock doesn`t seem to be affecting him. Today, on "The Talk," he also revealed that thousands of people have already reached out to him about his diagnosis. And he sounds like he`s toying with the idea of playing like a much larger role in the fight against MS. Listen.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

J. OSBOURNE: I have so many - I must have had like 3,000 tweets of people, you know. And most of them - people saying, "I`m in my 20s and I have it and I`ve had it for years."

And so it`s a really - so little is known about it, and it`s actually - that`s one of the huge reasons why I want to be, you know, somewhat vocal about it.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

TURNER: I think Jack would make a great spokesperson for MS, A.J. What do you think?

HAMMER: Absolutely. I mean, any time a celebrity attaches their name to something like this, it definitely gets people talking. It opens people`s eyes.

It leads to more research into the disease. Good on him for doing that. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s Nischelle Turner, thanks so much for bringing us that inspiration today.

We move on now to SHOWBIZ reality check. Bristol Palin gets real on her new reality show.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

BRISTOL PALIN, REALITY TV STAR: I`m Bristol Palin. I`m a 21-year-old single mom from Wasilla, Alaska. I don`t know what the future holds, but I do know that one thing is certain - life`s a trip.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Is this the kind of reality she really wants to share with the world, the difficulties of being a young mom? Bristol revealing it all right on camera.

Plus, I`m thrilled about this - a "General Hospital" icon. Tonight, the inside story on the soap that everyone loves from one of its legendary actors, Sonny Corinthos, Maurice Benard, right here, spilling all the details in a headline-making Daytime Emmy newsmaker interview. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN.

And there is non-stop talk of the Daytime Emmys in the world of daytime TV. Best supporting actress nominee, Melissa Claire Egan, tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT why HLN is making this year`s Emmys so special.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

MELISSA CLAIRE EGAN, ACTRESS: It`s such a treat. Everyone together. You`re seeing, you know, people like - you know, family, my new "Y and R" family, some people from my "All My Children" family, and then, you know, HLN airing - I mean, some fans, like I bump into people at the mall and they`re like, "Thank god, we get to see them," you know. It`s so important to all of us, so it`s special.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Did you see this? The Bravo reunion clip that could be a scene out of Alfred Hitchcock`s "The Birds." It all happened during the taping of the "The Real Housewives of Orange County" reunion.

And the show`s creator, Andy Cohen, got a little more than he bargained for. Watch this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Yes, he did stay with them and -

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: It`s just a bird, you guys.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: That was amazing.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: A whole new kind of housewives attack. I can tell you Andy, the housewives, the confused bird - they`re all fine.

Next, the secrets of daytime TV from the soap opera stars themselves.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Tonight, the secrets of daytime TV. The love, the intrigue, the drama. Well, that is certainly what makes the love the daytime television go round and round and round and round - and roll it, Charles.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED ACTRESS: No! No! Oh, god!

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: How do they do that? What does it take to do a scene like that? What about those romantic candlelit love scenes? I want to know what really happens on the set of our favorite soaps.

So here to tell us all the secrets of daytime TV, two of soap`s most recognizable stars. With me in Hollywood, Alicia Minshew who played Kendall Hart on "All My Children" for nine years, her show nominated for a daytime Emmy this year. And Sean Kana, better known as Deacon Sharpe on "The Bold and the Beautiful." Always great to see you two.

Alicia, let`s get right into that, because it always blows me away when I see - and in that scene, your character was crying over her husband who just died.

ALICIA MINSHEW, ACTRESS: Her husband - yes. Yes.

HAMMER: How in the world - really, how do you do that?

MINSHEW: Well, first of all, watching it, I`m going, that is very dramatic. You know, honestly, I`m an emotional person, anyway, and I think, as an actor, we`re emotional people, and I just sort of - I just went there.

I said, you know what? This is a sad situation. This woman lost her husband, the father of her children. And I just go to a quiet place and I go there.

HAMMER: Seriously, it wasn`t like a water gun in your face or anything like that?

MINSHEW: No, no. I personally could not do that, because once there - once I`m in it, I`m in it.

HAMMER: No kidding.

SEAN KANAN, ACTOR: That`s so much deeper than what I do. I just close my eyes for a second and I think about how much money Maurice Benard makes.

HAMMER: Of course, Sonny from "General Hospital" -

KANAN: And I think about what I make, and the tears just come. I don`t even have to pull my eyelashes.

HAMMER: I don`t believe you for a moment. But what I want to know from you, Sean - because we see so many steamy, sexy love scenes that you do.

And look, I want to know what the real story is, because we`re always hearing from actors, "Oh, it`s all technical and there`s all the people around and the lighting and the cameras and the angles." But the point of acting is you really have to feel something, isn`t it?

KANAN: Not if you wear multiple pairs of underwear, which I do, which helps out a lot. No, you know, the truth is we all just sleep together, A.J. And I find that really helps facilitate -

HAMMER: You`re not helping me. These are the secrets -

KANAN: No. You know what? After a while - I mean, it sounds silly, but you work with these people every day. Everyone is a professional, and frankly, everyone wants to be done with the scenes as quickly as you can, doing them well. They`re not the most comfortable - yes.

HAMMER: Is it awkward that you actually laugh your way through some of the takes?

KANAN: Yes. It`s different sometimes.

MINSHEW: At times. It depends on the person, right? There are some people you`re closer with. Sometimes you laugh your way through. Other times, you just want to have fun.

KANAN: Exactly.

HAMMER: Your character started as a bad girl turned to good girl.

MINSHEW: Yes.

HAMMER: And I hear from so many actors that they really prefer playing the bad character. For you, Alicia, was that true?

MINSHEW: Yes, it`s so much more fun. You know why? You get to be nice every day in your life. I mean, kind of nice. But you get to do things when you`re a bad girl that you wouldn`t get to do in real life, so I think it`s interesting.

HAMMER: So many secrets from how this all really happens. And I know some things are played a little close to the vest to maintain the mystique.

KANAN: True.

HAMMER: But Sean, tell us, what is one of the big secrets of daytime TV that you think would just surprise everybody? You`ve got to spill it for me.

KANAN: Well, I think the first thing is that we don`t use teleprompters, you know, and we really get only one take. I mean, I don`t know how it is in your show, but you know, the environment has changed so much.

It`s become so competitive, and it`s so important that we`re able to turn out what we do quickly -

HAMMER: Yes.

KANAN: And basically at a price.

HAMMER: You have to crank it out.

KANAN: But frankly, you know, as long as you don`t bump into the furniture, it`s going on the air. And I say that with all due respect to everyone in our profession -

HAMMER: Yes.

MINSHEW: Yes.

KANAN: Because you know, we have to memorize 40, 50 pages of dialogue.

HAMMER: I don`t understand that at all. Let me go back to my teleprompter and say, "Thank you, Alicia and Sean." Great to have the secrets of the insiders. Thanks so much, guys.

MINSHEW: Aww, thank you so much.

KANAN: Thank you. Great to see you.

HAMMER: Appreciate it. From the secrets of daytime TV to daytime TV`s biggest bad boy. He slept with his best friend`s girlfriend. He shot his own son. He went to prison for murder.

I`m talking about "General Hospital`s" Sonny. Maurice Benard in real life. He`s right here tonight. He`s taking us inside the wild crime world of legendary soap opera, "General Hospital." It`s a must-see Daytime Emmy newsmaker interview. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN.

And "Dallas" legend, Patrick Duffy, can`t get enough of the Daytime Emmy battle of the soaps. Watch what he just told SHOWBIZ TONIGHT about his days on "The Bold and the Beautiful."

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

PATRICK DUFFY, ACTOR: I did not expect the closeness of the cast members and the camaraderie. I thought those working conditions would either breed closeness or complete animosity.

And here I come walking in to play a part that was actually started by another actor. And I had never been that welcomed on the set in my life.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(MUSIC)

HAMMER: That is the daughter of Olympic champ, Florence Griffith Joyner, you know, Flo-Jo, wowing the judges on "America`s Got Talent" with her incredible voice. Listen to her. Mary Joyner`s famous mom died, of course, when she was just seven years old from a tragic epileptic seizure.

Well, Mary Joyner really was a standout on the final night of auditions on "America`s Got Talent." Her dad, Al Joyner, also a former running champion, was right there along with her as she sang her heart out for her mom last night.

I can tell you this performance caused a lot of tears. I know SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s Nischelle Turner is just a big old mush and she was feeling the emotion as well. What happened last night?

TURNER: I was a mess, A.J. You`re entirely right. Because not only did Mary Joyner completely win over the "America`s Got Talent" judges, she had the entire audience behind her. Watch the way the audience and the judges reacted when she finished her performance.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

CROWD (chanting): Mary! Mary! Mary!

HOWIE MANDEL, "AMERICA`S GOT TALENT" JUDGE: So you`ve been singing for a while? When did you start singing?

MARY JOYNER, "AMERICA`S GOT TALENT" CONTESTANT: I started taking serious singing when I was in middle school and high school, and then I just fell in love with music.

MANDEL: Can I just say something? I think we just fell in love with you.

HOWARD STERN, "AMERICA`S GOT TALENT" JUDGE: I`ve sat at home and watched this show every season. Some people give me goose bumps. Some don`t. You had me in 30 seconds. I thought you did a tremendous job.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

TURNER: You know what, A.J.? When you`ve got Howard Stern telling you that, you`re doing pretty good. You did all right.

HAMMER: Yes. And didn`t I just see Mary Joyner`s dad, Al, waiting anxiously backstage? How did he react to the incredible reception his daughter got?

TURNER: Well, that did me in. A.J., like any proud dad, he was just simply over the moon for her. Mary Joyner may only be in college, but she`s been working on becoming a professional singer since middle school, like you heard her say. And you have got to watch just how happy her daddy is.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

NICK CANNON, HOST, "AMERICA`S GOT TALENT": OK. Is your dad here?

M. JOYNER: Yes, he is.

MANDEL: Can you bring your dad out? I just wanted you, sir - first of all, I wanted to congratulate you on - this is what life is all about, you know, our offspring.

This is your legacy. And I just want you to share this moment because she is about to go to Las Vegas.

(CHEERS AND APPLAUSE)

(END VIDEO CLIP)

TURNER: OK. Come on, A.J. I know you felt that with me. That`s the love. I know you felt that.

HAMMER: I`ve got to believe that everybody was just wishing mom could be there to see her dream come true.

TURNER: Yes, absolutely.

HAMMER: So Mary on her way to Las Vegas. We`re going to be seeing a lot of her coming up on the show, I`m sure. Thanks a lot, Nischelle.

Here now, the SHOWBIZ lineup, coming up at the bottom of the hour on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. Snooki`s new reality.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

NICOLE "SNOOKI" POLIZZI, REALITY TV STAR: Is "kosher" the right word, Jenni?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I didn`t know that`s the food that Jewish people eat.

POLIZZI: See, I think kosher food is, like, organic, healthy food.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: A pregnant Snooki, a wild J-Woww. The shore girl`s new reality show is finally hitting the air. So is the new show fist-pumping fun or a real snore?

Plus, Bieber busted? Why a scuffle with a pap outside a mall may land the Biebs in an L.A. prosecutor`s office. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Big news breaking tonight on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT - "General Hospital" madness. Forty-nine years on TV, 23 daytime Emmy nominations this year. So what`s the inside secret to this daytime phenomenon?

Outstanding lead actor nominee, Maurice Benard, who plays Sonny Corinthos, Jr. is right here spilling all the dirt on "GH" in a must-see Daytime Emmys newsmaker interview.

Also this -

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I was shot through the heart by the mother I didn`t know I had right before I found out my husband cheated on me with my father`s wife and had his baby. And then I found out I was pregnant with my husband.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: From the bizarre soap storylines to courtroom drama, you can`t make this stuff up, or can you? SHOWBIZ TONIGHT gets the inside scoop of the wackiest moments ever from daytime`s biggest stars.

ANNOUNCER: TV`s most provocative entertainment news show continues right now.

(MUSIC)

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. Daytime TV`s bad boy is here. "General Hospital`s" Sonny Corinthos is the mob boss with a heart. We love watching as Sonny romances his women, protects his children and takes down his enemies. Watch.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

MAURICE BENARD, ACTOR: That`s funny. So are you the type of guy who just pushes just a little too much, right? Well, one day you`re going to push too far like right now, and you`re going to wind up on the floor in pieces. Do you understand what I`m saying?

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: And the man who has played him so perfectly for two decades now is Maurice Benard. He`s nominated for a Daytime Emmy this year for outstanding lead actor. Maurice joining me right now in Hollywood. It`s great to meet you.

BENARD: Great to meet you, too.

HAMMER: Good having you here, an icon from the world of daytime television.

BENARD: Well, you know what? It`s been a great - it will be 20 years April - I don`t know when. Who knows?

HAMMER: But it`s pretty incredible, and the truth is, and you well know this from all your very passionate fans and really probably people just walking by you on the street.

They see you, they see Sonny. It`s just a matter of course for somebody who has played the character for so long.

And I actually often wonder about somebody like yourself who has been in this character`s head, with this character in your head for so long - do you ever dream as Sonny?

BENARD: Wow. I`ve never been asked that question. HAMMER: Really, do you ever wake up out of a dream and, like, "Wait. Who was that? Was that me or was that Sonny?" What`s going on?

BENARD: No, no. I did a breakdown story and it lasted too long. And I was having quite a bit of nightmares by the end of it, so I was having some pretty scary dreams at that point.

But I don`t really dream as Sonny. I just kind of dream as, you know, me, obviously.

HAMMER: And do you connect with him? Because a lot of people say, well, "Are you anything like your character?" And it`s a character you play on television, but do you identify with parts of Sonny?

BENARD: Yes. Sonny is like me when I`m in my dark moods, when the motor is running way too much and I`m in my thoughts way too much. That`s who Sonny is. He`s got a lot more rage than I have. I like to fool around a little bit and be funny.

HAMMER: Yes. He`s an angrier guy. I`m glad to hear that, Maurice, I`ve got to tell you. I don`t have to back up a little bit, because I`ve seen what Sonny has done.

And really, more than most characters that we see on television in any sense, you really have put yourself into him in a much different way. You`ve been very candid about the fact that you have bipolar disorder. You`ve been an outspoken spokesperson for mental illness. And Sonny has bipolar disorder on the show.

BENARD: Yes.

HAMMER: Is that something you asked the writers to work into the character?

BENARD: It kind of just developed as it went along. And when they found out that I was bipolar, it was very interesting to them, so they infused it into the character.

And it`s been wonderful that he has this mental illness because we can educate people. And like I said, they did a story - it lasted for about three months. My wife had to call and say -

HAMMER: She couldn`t take it anymore. It was starting to come home with you a little bit too much.

BENARD: Yes. A little bit too much.

HAMMER: As we know, Sonny is larger than life. We`ve seen his character play out with some amazing storylines, including when you married your long-time love, Brenda. Can we take a little look at that?

BENARD: Yes.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

You know, who would have thought like we were on the pier when you had that suitcase and we would get married. Now, we have the rest of our lives together.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Aww. But you know, in classic soap fashion, your wedding day ended badly when you thought that your bride got blown up in a car bomb and the bride before that was shot on your wedding day. It`s not easy being Sonny`s love interest, is it?

BENARD: No. Sometimes, it`s the kiss of death, you know. But you know, there`s been quite - Vanessa, we had a great time working together. I love to work with her and she`s great.

And there`s been, you know, a few other actresses who are fantastic. And sometimes, actresses come and it doesn`t work out, and they go. But you do the best you can.

HAMMER: They always have a way with Sonny to take care of that. But look, you`ve been nominated before. You`ve won a Daytime Emmy back in - 2003 was the last time you won. You`re nominated this year. It`s really a big deal, isn`t it?

BENARD: Well, yes. I mean, you know, any time that your peers recognize your work, it`s always going to be a big deal. And you`ve got to appreciate that and you`ve got to respect that, and I surely do.

And you just - to be invited to the party is always nice. And you go and you have the best time you can have, you know.

HAMMER: Well, I`m looking forward to seeing you at the party. Best of luck. Thanks, Maurice. Great to have you here. Maurice Benard, appreciate it.

Well, there have certainly been a whole lot of wild storylines on Maurice`s show, "General Hospital," over its 49 years on the air.

Daytime soaps have really set the standard for some of TV`s craziest moments. But we here at SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you the drama does not stop there.

SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s Nischelle Turner goes inside daytime`s craziest moments with its biggest stars.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: It`s time for "Let`s Make a Deal"!

TURNER: Colorful costumes -

GLORIA ALLRED, DAYTIME EMMY NOMINEE, OUTSTANDING COURTROOM PROGRAM: And you`re going to tell me how nail polish can turn your son gay.

TURNER: Courtroom controversies -

UNIDENTIFIED ACTRESS: You killed my baby!

TURNER: And big time baby drama. Who said daytime was dull? Some of the most outrageous television airs from 9:00 to 5:00, and this year`s Daytime Emmy nominees are revealing their craziest TV moments.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: He did polish his moments but it was his choice.

TURNER: Whether it`s happening in the courtroom.

ALLRED: I`m hoping that every day we have crazy and wild cases.

KEVIN A. ROSS, DAYTIME EMMY NOMINEE, OUTSTANDING COURTROOM PROGRAM: In the County of Las Vegas, prostitution is illegal. And he calls the police and says, "She didn`t give me the full 30 minutes," and then sues her for the difference. We had that case in court. It was very entertaining to say the least.

TURNER: At the talk show table -

SHERYL UNDERWOOD, CO-HOST, "THE TALK": I don`t really understand what the hell is going on.

We did "The Hunger Games," and I had to put on a curly gray wig. I was like, OK, I like wigs, but I look like - somebody said I looked like Frederick Douglas.

But, hey, it`s all for fun. It`s a great job, and you get to do great things.

TURNER: Or on a game show -

JONATHAN MANGUM, "LETS MAKE A DEAL": The one thing you can`t tell watching from home is it gets so loud in there, that Wayne can`t even hear his voice.

I can`t hear my voice when we`re talking, but we know what it feels like to make noise in the microphone. So we`re - we can`t hear ourselves. We`re just going, yes, you could win the money. Oh, my gosh. It`s the loudest place ever.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: What`s in the box, Mangum?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: OK.

TURNER: Afternoon TV can get a little wild. But for the most over-the-top daytime entertainment, just head over to the soap set.

MOLLY BURNETT, ACTRESS: You shot me. I was shot on my wedding day by the mother I didn`t know I had right before I found out my husband cheated on me with my father`s wife and had his baby.

And then I found out I was pregnant with my husband. That`s going to go down in history as one of the most interesting storylines.

GENIE FRANCIS, ACTRESS: I know who has been siphoning out my money.

TURNER: Genie Francis plays out the drama these days on "The Young and the Restless." But her most outlandish moment of all time came back in 1981 when she was playing Laura on "General Hospital."

FRANCIS: The craziest moment has to be Niko Cassadine when freezing the world and Luke and Laura save the world. It`s crazy, right? OK. I thought we had gone too far, but hey, people loved it.

Moving on now, Sarah Palin`s daughter, Bristol, is making her debut on reality TV.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

B. PALIN: Hi, I`m Bristol Palin. I`m a 21-year-old single mom from Wasilla, Alaska. I don`t know what future holds, but I do know one thing is certain - life`s a trip.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Are you ready? Bristol takes on reality TV and single mommyhood just like her maverick mom. But I can tell you the diapers and the pressure of her life on her own is taking its toll. So is this single mom having serious Palin problems?

And Justin Bieber`s paparazzi nightmare continues. SHOWBIZ has learned that the pop sensation`s attack on a photographer may land the Biebs in hot water. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN.

And now, more SHOWBIZ at the Daytime Emmys. Outstanding supporting actress nominee, Elizabeth Hendrickson, tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT how she found out that she was up for her role on "The Young and the Restless."

ELIZABETH HENDRICKSON, ACTRESS: They didn`t do the full announcement on TV, so I had to look at it online, and I did I it while I was face-timing my mother.

So I had my mom there looking at me, and I like scrolled down, and I said, "OK, I see it." I covered my hand and then I - my name is already long so looked down and it was the first thing I saw. And then the two of us were just jumping up on Facetime.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

B. PALIN: I have a huge family. Track is my protective older brother. My sister, Willow, is a firecracker and sometimes my best friend. My father, Todd, is the foundation of our family. And of course my daughter, Sarah, is my greatest inspiration.

FMR. GOV. SARAH PALIN (R-AK): God bless you, patriots.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: They`re back. That is thee 21-year-old daughter of former vice presidential candidate, Sarah Palin, Bristol, in her own new reality show on Lifetime.

It`s against the world, Bristol, with her three-year-old son, Tripp. And it`s not just Bristol who is back on TV. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you the Palins are storming reality TV again.

Tonight, SHOWBIZ reality check - a double dose of Palins. First up, it`s Bristol`s new show, "Life`s a Tripp." It just debuted. It`s all about a single mom moving to Los Angeles to show her son, Tripp, the world.

But tonight, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you that Bristol`s show may be in a world of trouble. The producers of Bristol`s show are being sued by her former "Dancing with the Stars" co-star, Kyle Massey.

Now, Kyle says this show was originally supposed to be about him and Bristol living together in L.A. and doing charity work. But now, the former child star says the producers pulled an old switcheroo.

They cut him out. They didn`t give him a penny. Ah, never a dull moment with the Palin clan.

With me from Hollywood is Omarosa Manigault. She is the west coast editor of "Reality Weekly."

So let me run this lawsuit down for you, Omarosa. It claims that the producers booted Kyle Massey off the show. It doesn`t name Bristol in the lawsuit.

But here`s what I`m thinking. The producers went with what they thought was a more compelling subject, Bristol and her family. And the truth is all is fair in love and Hollywood, right?

OMAROSA MANIGAULT, WEST COAST EDITOR, "REALITY WEEKLY": Yes, but you cannot have someone who is a part of the creation of the show cut out of the show. Kyle is claiming that he helped to construct the very nature of this show.

And in fact, I can tell you throughout this taping of their other show, the one with Kyle and his brother, there was tons and tons of information about them living in L.A. together. They actually lived together. I think that that would have been a much more interesting show.

HAMMER: Yes, I kind of do, too. But do you think this lawsuit is going to go anywhere?

MANIGAULT: Oh, absolutely. For one, this kid has been - I`m talking about Kyle Massey. He`s been in the business since he could walk.

HAMMER: Yes.

MANIGAULT: He`s been on Disney forever. He knows the business. He has a great legal team, and I know his mother. She`s scarier than Sarah Palin.

HAMMER: Well, I don`t know. There are people who might argue with you. And in fact, in Bristol Palin`s new show, we get to see Mama Grizzly Sarah rearing her head with some words of wisdom. Let`s watch that.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

S. PALIN: So Willow`s mission will be taking Tripp though while she`s there, right?

B. PALIN: Yes, so I can work for that charity.

S. PALIN: You guys have to read to Tripp every night. That`s part of the deal, right, Bristol? It`s a lot of work taking care of him.

B. PALIN: My family is like my security blanket. I`m thankful and blessed to have my family, but I`m ready to spread my wings.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: And maybe there are some people who are more interested in seeing what the Palins have been up to and how the former teen mom Bristol is coping.

But on a reality series? I mean, do you think they were right making this move, if they did make a move to boot Kyle, that this is more compelling to keep up with the Palins?

MANIGAULT: I think it was a big mistake to boot Kyle. I mean, I think if her base knew she was living with this very young, very handsome African- American male when she was in Hollywood in real life, if they allowed the cameras to roll, I think that that would have been more interesting than watching her -

HAMMER: That`s reality TV.

MANIGAULT: I mean, there was one point on the show where she said, "What`s Syria, mom?" And Sarah goes, "Wait, wait. Don`t say that out loud."

HAMMER: There`s more. Bristol`s dad, Todd Palin, set to star on a reality show, too. Can you believe it? Todd will compete on a new NBC show. It`s called "Stars Earn Stripes."

Todd, Jessica Simpson`s ex, Nick Lachey - they are among those who will be completing these missions. They`re inspired by real military exercises. The stars will earn cash to donate to military vet charities, which is great.

I love the effort that they`re doing. Is this kind of the reinvention of the Palin family, keeping up with the Palins? I mean, that`s how it feels.

MANIGAULT: I think they are trying to be like the Kardashians only without the spice. I mean, I`m looking forward to seeing Todd on the show, but I think he`ll get his butt kicked by Laila Ali and Terry Crews.

HAMMER: Yes.

MANIGAULT: However, he does have a lot of outdoorsy, kind of -

HAMMER: Well, that`s it. He`s got the outback experience. He`ll bring something to it. All right. Well, moving on to something now I know we`ve all been waiting for - Snooki and J-Woww`s new reality show.

I can`t wait. The "Jersey Shore" stars are bringing the crazy from the beach. Watch.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: You start looking.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: OK.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: This is the front bedroom on the street and then we have another one in the back of the apartment.

POLIZZI: Do you have toilet paper for her?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: There might be toilet paper upstairs. If you`d like, I can go take a look for you.

POLIZZI: Oh, my god. She has her period.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: What? Do you really think that things were going to get classy now that Snooki is going to be a mom?

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Well, I am so excited we`ve got the SHOWBIZ look at MTV`s "Snooki and J-Woww. Check it out as a pregnant Snooki talks to her mom about new domestic life with J-Woww.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: You`re going to split the food bill down the middle?

POLIZZI: Is "kosher" the right word?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I do know that that`s the food that Jewish people eat.

POLIZZI: See I think kosher food is, like, organic, healthy food. But Jewish people eat organic food, too.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: I don`t even know what to say about that. I`m back now in Hollywood with Omarosa Manigault. She`s the west coast editor of "Reality Weekly."

Look, Omarosa, everybody was so worried that a pregnant Snooki would be a boring Snooki. Will you be resting easier tonight knowing that Snooki and J-Woww are going to be up to the same old antics on their new show?

MANIGAULT: I`m so looking forward to the show. It`s like the best train wreck TV you could ever subscribe to, and I, for one, will be Tivo-ing it.

HAMMER: Well, this morning on "The View" Snooki did reveal that she would be doing reality TV until she was 90 years old if she could.

J-Woww revealed that she has other reality goals. And Snooki revealed that she`s got her eye on becoming perhaps the next Jessica Simpson. Watch this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

BARBARA WALTERS, CO-HOST AND EXECUTIVE PRODUCER, "THE VIEW": So is your goal in life to keep doing a reality show?

JENNI "J-WOWW" FARLEY: I would love to be a producer.

POLIZZI: I love branding, like, you know, doing my own clothes and shoes. That`s like my big aspiration.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: First of all, I think Snooki looks pretty good. I think she`s doing all right.

MANIGAULT: She does. She looks great.

HAMMER: And I think it`s going to be very interesting to see what happens with the show, but also to see if she can parlay herself into a Jessica Simpson-like brand.

I mean, Jessica`s company is worth nearly $1 billion. I know they have different backgrounds, but nobody knows the world of reality TV and what it can bring better than you.

Do you think it`s possible for a Snooki to achieve that level of success? I mean, seriously.

MANIGAULT: Absolutely, because there is an audience that has an appetite for the Snookis of the world. And so as long as the -

HAMMER: Did you say Snooki?

MANIGAULT: I said Snooki. But that`s how she got pregnant. There is an audience certainly that wants to see more of her. And as long as they want to see more of her, there will be a show like J -Woww`s show and Snooki. And we`ll all tune in. Won`t you?

HAMMER: I`ll be right there. And the truth is, as far as J-Woww`s aspirations of producing, you really do learn a lot, as you well know, from being inside of a TV show and producing it.

MANIGAULT: Yes, but producing is really difficult. I produced my own show with Donald Trump and it was the toughest thing I`ve ever done on TV.

HAMMER: Well, here you are and you`re doing all right.

MANIGAULT: Yes, I am. Thanks, A.J.

HAMMER: Omarosa, always great to see. Thanks so much.

MANIGAULT: Thank you.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: A fantastic payday for "Twilight`s" Kristen Stewart. She is raking in some big money, but how does her paycheck fare against box office vets Julia Roberts and Sandra Bullock?

More drama in the Justin Bieber paparazzi brawl. Is the Biebs in trouble?

And brand-new evidence that Charlie Sheen is winning again. It`s all making news in "The Buzz Today."

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

(voice-over) Sheen selling out. Ad space, that is. According to a brand- new report by "The Hollywood Reporter," Charlie Sheen`s upcoming new comedy, "Anger Management," has sold out ad space for the first four episodes of the season.

Sheen`s new show premiers on June 28, but FX and Lionsgate have given the green light for writers to start working on season two.

Bieber`s battery drama? Is Justin in for an appointment at the D.A.`s office? Well, according to TMZ.com, Justin`s alleged brawl with a photographer has just been turned over to the Los Angeles District Attorney`s Office for review.

Prosecutors will determine if Bieber should be charged with misdemeanor battery for the May 27th incident where Bieber reportedly got into a physical altercation with a pap outside of Calabasas, California mall.

Big bucks for Bella. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT has just learned that "Twilight" star Kristen Stewart tops this year`s "Forbes" list of highest paid actresses.

According to "Forbes.com," Stewart, the youngest woman on the list, raked in a whopping $34.5 million this past year. Cameron Diaz came in at a close second with $34 million, followed by Oscar winner Sandra Bullock who pulled in $25 million. Not bad, ladies.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: Yes, I don`t think any of those ladies are complaining tonight. And tonight, Dr. Drew sits down with the woman who`s dated more than 50 married men. And she says she does it because she won`t date cheaters. Dr. Drew takes on this twist on sex and relationships right now.
