TAMPA, Florida (CNN) -- Light a cigar: it's time to celebrate spring, Tampa-style. The town that hugs central Florida's west coast finds itself at the nexus of favorable seasonal and social influences: Cigars are back in vogue, the sun is shining, and Major League spring training has turned this baseball-crazy town into Baseball Central.
