CNN, which has been reporting extensively and continuously over the past four years on the conflict in Bosnia, focuses on the peace treaty signing with a one-hour special Thursday, December 14, titled MISSION: PEACE. The 10 p.m. (all times Eastern) program, which airs hours after Bosnian, Croatian and Serbian officials sign a historic peace agreement, will be hosted by Washington anchor Judy Woodruff and will include live reports from Bosnia and around the world.
The program MISSION: PEACE will include live reports on the historic day in Bosnia from Christiane Amanpour in Tuzla, as well as Ralph Begleiter in Paris and Jamie McIntyre at the Pentagon. The special will examine the situation in Bosnia with Muslim, Croatian and Serbian reaction as well as look at the peace process and NATO's role in the area.
