MOSCOW (CNN) -- Blessed by the Orthodox Church
patriarch, criticized by communist hard-line
politicians, tons of the humanitarian aid will leave
Russia for Yugoslavia to help people suffering on both
sides of the Kosovo conflict.
President Boris Yeltsin says it will benefit "everyone
who has suffered." But communist members of parliament
and Russian military officials say they
would rather send guns and ammo than food and
medicine to their Serbian Slavic siblings. Watch this video report.
