Iran readies for military maneuvers along Afghan border

TEHRAN, Iran (CNN) -- Despite global efforts to defuse the
crisis, tensions remain high between Iran and Afghanistan
over last month's killing of nine Iranian diplomats by
Taliban fighters. About 200,000 Iranian troops have begun
massing along Iran's eastern border for military exercises -- the second this month -- aimed at sending a strong message to Kabul. CNN's Kasra Naji reports from Tehran.
