I don't watch videos or read links. Ever. Sorry CNN who doesn't care, but this is their site. It's a good one. Thanks. I do have young people, a 22 year old son, a 21 year old daughter, and an almost 17 year old son. I do think young people matter and despite the old beliefs and prejudices are smart and able to overcome a lot of it. This is the information age. We all are just people. Some things shouldn't change, but some things should – murder is still wrong and so is stealing. Hating someone (fearing them) because of race or religion is probably not great. I think that the young people will always have trials, everyone does, but they are moving towards a good place. The process is very slow, but people are advancing in ways and moving backwards in ways. Things change.

It's confusing. It can go two ways. The young people can demand better I think. It won't be easy, but possible. They can't think like the U.S. (me and us) or any other country, or anyone else, but for themselves. They have to look beyond the hate and prejudices and garbage and see people as people with moms and dads and brothers and sisters and hopes and despairs. Or they can follow along and continue in the same way. Life is always complicated. It will never be perfect. That is for all the people, Israel or Arab. Things will change, always, but those are the two choices, love and peace and education – or hate and the same stuff.
