I was able to view this through cnn's playlist. Using Solar technology to run Iraqi's clinics 24 hours a day sounds great. It just seems who ever is operating the circuit board, needs more training in handling sophisticated equipment..But to see in the end it was back to the unreliable diesel generators...is disappointing.
