This year’s New You Resolution will be double the fun, because we're looking for pairs!

Have you and your roommate gained that freshman 15? Are you and your twin different sizes? Has your weight increased steadily over the years of your marriage? Maybe you and your football buddy need to place a bet on something other than the games -- to see who will shed those extra pounds first.

The information provided by you will be used by CNN LP, LLLP and its employees and agents to evaluate your participation for the New You Resolution. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on October 29, 2005. Not more than ten participants will be selected to participate in the program ("Program Participants") during the month of November. All Program Participants shall be chosen at CNN's sole discretion which will be based on our editorial discretion. Factors may include uniqueness of personal story and health condition. Program Participants will be announced on "American Morning" and will be notified by e-mail, mail or phone. CNN makes no representation or guarantee about the results you or your partner may attain by participating in this program, if you are selected. Your participation, if selected, is subject to verification and approval by CNN and a medical professional selected by CNN. You and your partner must be willing to submit medical information to CNN and submit to a medical examination, psychological examination, and background check. You and your partner must be at least 21 years or older, in good medical condition, U.S. Citizens (living in the fifty U.S. states), and be willing to sign a consent, waiver and release of liability in order to participate in the program within seven (7) days of issuance. By entering, participants agree to release CNN, it parent, affiliates, employees and agents from any and all liability claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the New You Resolution, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to New York City to join in the program.
