B-2 Stealth Bomber
Designed during the Cold War to drop nuclear bombs, the B-2 has
been reconfigured to drop "near-precision" bombs capable
of striking 16 targets on one mission. The bat-winged aircraft,
which carries a crew of two or three, has been criticized as too
expensive -- $2.2 billion a plane -- and outdated.
