Budget cuts mean no fireworks for troops

Fireworks go off behind the US Capitol building on 04 July, 2011 as the United States celebrate Independence Day, a US federal holiday. Independence Day commemorates the day the Declaration of Independence was adopted by the continental congress in 1776, marking independence from Great Britain and the beginning of democracy.
