Protests erupted in Lebanon in reaction to US President Donald Trump recognizing Jerusalem as Israel's capital. CNN's Ben Wedeman reports.

US EMBASSY TEAR GAS   JERUSALEM EMBASSY PROTESTS    Protestors clash with security forces near US Embassy in Lebanon    Clashes between protestors and Lebanese security forces are underway near the US Embassy in Lebanon on Sunday, according to CNN's Sr. International Correspondent Ben Wedeman who is on the scene.       Scores of protestors and dozens of Lebanese riot police were gathered in front of the entrance to the road leading to embassy to demonstrate against U.S. President Donald Trump's recognition of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.   At a certain point, some of the youth in the crowd started to throw stones in the direction of the gate leading to the American Embassy.  While some people in the crowd tried to stop it, it continued.   Soon thereafter, plastic water bottles and sticks were being lobbed along with the stones.  The Lebanese security forces on the scene with responded with "lots of tear gas".      Amid the protests, several Israeli flags were burned.  Live visuals of the ongoing scuffles also show tires on fire and at least one protestor laying on the ground amid the tear gas.
