U.S. captures Iraqi on 55 Most Wanted list

CAMP DOHA, Kuwait (CNN) -- The chief of Iraq's Al Quds civilian militia, one of the leaders on the list of the 55 most wanted Iraqis, has been arrested, U.S. Central Command said Wednesday.

Ayad Futayyih Khalifa al-Rawi was No. 30 on Central Command's "Top 55" list. He appears as the seven of clubs in the deck of cards issued to U.S. forces in Iraq.

Al-Rawi was the Al Quds Force chief of staff.
