UEFA cut Didier Drogba's Champions League ban from four games to three after the Chelsea striker's ugly confrontation with the referee following their exit from the semifinals of the competition earlier this year.

Chelsea teammate Jose Boswinga was also successful after both appealed to European football's governing body against the severity of their bans.

Defender Boswinga had a three-game ban reduced to two games. Both men have suspended two-game bans still in place. Read full article »
