  • Coming in second is one of Australia's landmarks, Sydney Opera House
  • The Beijing Stadium, Sagrada Familia and Flatiron building also appear in the top five
  • This month, vote for your five favorite photographs and photographers

(CNN) -- The votes are in, the numbers tallied and your number one iconic modern building is the Guggenheim, Bilbao in Spain.

Designed by renowned architect Frank O. Gehry, the museum -- famous the world over for its twisted curves and titanium skin -- is one of the most groundbreaking buildings of the 20th century.

Coming in at number two is Australia's iconic landmark, the Sydney Opera House, followed closely by China's Beijing Stadium -- more commonly known as the "bird's nest."

Also making the top five were Antoni Gaudi's monumental and still unfinished Sagrada Familia in Barcelona, Spain and New York's elegant Flatiron building.

Last month, CNN's arts and culture program, icon, asked you to vote for your top five iconic buildings.

This month, we want to know your thoughts on the most iconic photographs and photographers since 1900.

Our top 20 list features famous images including Robert Capa's "The Falling Soldier" and Dorothea Lange's haunting image of the "Migrant Mother."

We'll reveal your top five on November 25 when the next show airs.
