Many shops are flooded and closed in Ayutthaya, about 100 kilometers (62 miles) north of Bangkok. Roads have become rivers, with people having to swim or use boats to get food and water.

“Doctors are patrolling the flooded areas in small boats and are making house calls to residents, to those incapable of moving,” said CNN’s Paula Hancocks. “It’s one of the worst-hit areas in the country.”

More than 500,000 square kilometers – an area the size of Spain – have been affected by floods in Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam and Laos, CNN meteorologist Jenny Harrison said Friday. By early Sunday morning, 297 people had been killed in Thailand.

If you think you know the answer – or if you just want to take a wild guess – post it in the comments area below. Later in the day, we’ll reveal where the photo was taken and give credit to those who figured it out first. (The more detail, the better!)

Each Monday morning, we’ll post a new photo and challenge you to tell us its origin. The photo might be related to a prominent news story or theme – or it might just be something that caught our eye.

Good luck!
