A Brunei air force helicopter crashed, killing 12 military officials returning back from training, authorities in the southeast Asian nation said Saturday.
The crash occurred Friday, a military statement said.
Authorities searched for the victims after the crash and found two survivors, who were rushed to a hospital.
All personnel involved are accounted for, the military said.
The crash occurred in the area of Kuala Belait, in a western part of the nation. Brunei is a sultanate on Borneo island.
Relatives and officers from the defense ministry held prayers for the victims.
Officials did not provide information on what caused the crash.
