A 6.0-magnitude earthquake struck off the coast of Guatemala near the country’s border with Mexico Sunday morning, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

Local agencies offered different assessments of the quake, which occurred at 6:22 a.m. (8:22 a.m. ET). Mexico’s National Seismological Service said it was a 5.7-magnitude quake. Guatemala’s earthquake authority said it was a 5.0 temblor.

The earthquake’s epicenter was 16 miles (26 km) southwest of Ocos, Guatemala, according to USGS.

There were no immediate reports of damage or injuries.
