More U.S. troops are headed to Iraq, North Korea has released two Americans who were being held prisoner, and President Obama has announced his choice for the next U.S. attorney general. We’re also explaining why much of the U.S. will need to bundle up in the days ahead. And we mark the day when a wall came down in the Cold War.
