The country's Prime Minister Narendra Modi is a vocal advocate of yoga and has been encouraging the country's residents to take part, especially out-of-shape office workers.
International Day of Yoga – Modi was among the thousands of yoga devotees taking part in the first International Day of Yoga. This pose is called Salabhasana, which strengthens the muscles of the spine, buttocks, arms and legs. It's said to help to relieve stress.
