Located in Montecito near Santa Barbara, the main house was designed by well-known 20th century U.S. architect Reginald Johnson in 1929.
The 237-acre estate has been under the ownership of a single family for almost a century. Today there are around 100 acres of cultivated orchards with oranges, lemons, limes and avocados harvested, according the realtor sales literature.
This round, 10-stall barn was built in 1928 and is one of two stables included with the property. There is also a 11,250 sq ft covered riding arena.

Waggoner Ranch is one of the most expensive properties in the world -- yours for $725,000,000.
Located near Vernon, Texas, the ranch comes with a whopping half-a-million acres of land.
The land is roughly equivalent to the same area that New York and Los Angeles cover combined.

Jackson Land and Cattle comes with 563 acres of land and with views looking out onto the Grand Teton mountain range in the Rocky Mountains.
