Unemployment – A new survey by Afrobarometer, a pan-African, non-partisan research network, reveals the most critical problems and priorities for Africans across 32 countries. The number one concern, mentioned by 37% of the surveyed, is unemployment.
Health – Government and social services occupy the next four spots, with health quoted as a concern by 31% of the sample. It dominates in seven countries: Côte d'Ivoire, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Tanzania, Togo, Uganda, and Zambia.
Education – Education ranks third overall with 23%, but is particularly relevant in Sierra Leone (54%).
