Onitsha -- a city few outside Nigeria will have heard of -- has the undignified honor of being labeled the world's most polluted city, according to <a href="http://www.who.int/mediacentre/news/releases/2016/air-pollution-rising/en/" target="_blank">data </a>released by the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2016.
