Welsh bass-baritone Bryn Terfel will perform "Coronation Kyrie" by Paul Mealor alongside the Choir of Westminster Abbey. It will be the first Welsh-language performance at a coronation, according to Buckingham Palace. "It is a cry from the deep soul of the hills and valleys of Wales for hope, peace, love and friendship," said Mealor in a statement.
