Police Surround Hixson's Vehicle; Bilger Safe

FREDRICKA WHITFIELD, CNN ANCHOR: Hello. I'm Fredricka Whitfield in Atlanta. An update now on a story we've been telling you about all morning about an Amber Alert that took place earlier today. The search was on for a Robert Hixson out of Pennsylvania after he allegedly killed two adults and then allegedly kidnapped this young girl, 13-year-old Hadley Bilger, who is the daughter of those two adults killed.
Apparently, according to the Pocono Mountain Regional Police, they say state police have now surrounded a vehicle described as being that of Robert Hixson. They have surrounded it just outside of -- northeast of Reading, Pennsylvania. Inside the vehicle, it's believed that Robert Hixson is in that vehicle, and the girl, Hadley Bilger, apparently is now out of the vehicle and she is safe. Police continue to surround that vehicle.
