TPLF spokesman: Ethiopian prime minister has never been interested in peace

Billene Seyoum, the press secretary of Ethiopia's Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed, tells CNN's Becky Anderson that there is no clear call for violence in Ethiopia. Seyoum goes on to accuse the Tigray People's Liberation Front of attempting a coup to topple the government.
