Elon Musk says banned Twitter accounts will be restored next week, after the tech mogul conducted his own poll on Twitter. The panel discusses the messaging, influence, and consequences linked to the social media platform. Moscow, Idaho is on edge after a yet to be named suspect is found in the University of Idaho student killings. CNN Correspondent Stephanie Elam reports on the latest in the investigation.
