Ballot Measure: Colorado
(Colorado Amendment 67)
More info
The measure would amend the state constitution to include unborn babies in the definition of "person" and "child" under the Colorado Criminal Code and to include the unborn in the Colorado Wrongful Death Act. Question text: "Shall there be an amendment to the Colorado constitution protecting pregnant women and unborn children by defining 'person' and 'child' in the Colorado criminal code and the Colorado wrongful death act to include unborn human beings?" A "YES" vote would amend the state constitution to include unborn babies in the definition of personhood. A "NO" vote would leave the state constitution and the definition of personhood unchanged.
