Democrats will keep their narrow Senate majority for the next two years, CNN projects, regardless of the outcome of a Georgia runoff on Dec. 6. If Democrats win there, then they will have a 51 to 49 majority. If Republicans win, then the Senate will be a 50-50 tie that is still a Democratic majority with Vice President Kamala Harris casting tie-breaking votes.
