Who, me?

Matias Grez

Yes, you.

Lionel Messi can't quite believe his eyes as referee Clement Turpin shows him a yellow card for diving.

Zambia makes Champions League history

No player from Zambia had ever scored in the Champions League before tonight -- well they have now.

Red Bull Salzburg's Patson Daka is the man who has scored it. Zambia is the 103rd nation to have a goalscorer in the Champions League.

Fancy a stat?

Forget Messi, it's all about Milner.

GOAL! Barcelona 3-0 Borussia Dortmund

Matias Grez

Game, set and match.

That goal is Barcelona at its very finest.

A scintillating counter-attack, led by Lionel Messi's surging run, ends with Antoine Griezmann drilling his shot into the far corner.

Another assist for Messi on a history-making night.

GOAL! Liverpool level!

James Masters

Just as I was saying?

Liverpool is level and it's Dejan Lovren of all people!

James Milner swings in a corner from the right and Lovren rises highest to send a thumping header into the corner.

The goal is reviewed by VAR but it's given. It's 1-1.

Another injury

Matias Grez

Poor Ousmane Dembélé, it feels as though he spends as much time in the treatment room and he does on the pitch.

Barcelona confirms it was a thigh injury which forced him to be substituted in the first half for Antoine Griezmann.

Fingers crossed it's nothing too serious.

Liverpool piling on the pressure

James Masters

Liverpool is turning the screw in an attempt to get back into this game.

Roberto Firmino has had one effort blocked on the line and another header just wide.

Napoli is happy to sit on the edge of its penalty area and frustrate the home side in a bid to run down the clock.

Liverpool loves a late goal though ... still around 30 minutes to play.

Messi booked ... for diving

Matias Grez

A perfect night for Lionel Messi has been soured somewhat by a yellow card for diving.

The Argentine was chasing a loose ball and got there ahead of Roman Buerki in the Dortmund goal, but theatrically threw himself to the ground with no contact from the keeper.

A deserved booking.

Another Messi record!

Matias Grez

Borussia Dortmund becomes the 34th different team to concede a Lionel Messi goal in Europe ... a new Champions League record.
