• Matt Dornic oversees strategic communications for CNN Worldwide and its growing portfolio of emerging brands including Great Big Story. He also manages CNN's business relationships with digital platform partners.

    Dornic leads communications strategy for the CNN brand, talent and editorial coverage across TV desktop, mobile, social and more than 30 OTT platforms. He was a founding executive on the team that launched Great Big Story in 2015, and he continues to oversee communications, marketing and partnerships for the brand.

    Additionally, Dornic serves as creative director for many of the network's strategic marketing efforts and experiential activations. He is also the conduit between CNN and the network's partners in the tech and digital spaces.

    Prior to joining CNN in 2011, Dornic served as director of strategic communications for Quinn Gillespie & Associates (QGA) where he worked to solve client challenges in Washington DC and around the world. He has extensive experience in crisis communications and media relations. Dornic is a former broadcast journalist, columnist and blogger.
