Todd Leopold is a writer and producer for CNN Digital's Features team. He's contributed stories on the role of creativity in everyday life, the "Rules of the Internet," the impact of "Hill Street Blues," the legacy of Stephen Colbert and the demise of Borders Books & Music. Prior to his current position, he was part of CNN Digital's Enterprise unit and edited the Entertainment section.
He spent the 2010-11 academic year as a Knight-Wallace Journalism Fellow at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
Before joining CNN, he was a freelance writer, editor and producer; a radio network analyst; and, deep in his past, a bellman at a downtown Atlanta hotel, where he once exchanged pleasantries with Sam Kinison. An avowed trivia devotee, he can be found spending his Sunday nights hosting a local trivia show, a way to live out his childhood dream of succeeding Art Fleming on "Jeopardy!" Damn you, Alex Trebek!
