Innovative design: Renderings of this new floating hotel concept from Turkish design team Hayri Atak Architectural Design Studio (HAADS) indicate that it's in a league of its own when it comes to eco-consciousness.

Eco-friendly concept: The 152-room hotel design can generate its own electricity, while its vortex roof collect rainwater, which is reused across the structure.

Impressive structure: Covering over 35,000 square meters, the structure can be accessed through a 140-degree floating pier that's connected to the mainland, as well as by helicopter or boat.

Luxury stay: The amenities available to guests will include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a spa, a gym and a mini golf course.

Rotating feature: Guests are unlikely to experience any dizziness during their stay, as the hotel takes 24 hours to spin around fully.

Spacious areas: The design plans revealed by the Turkish firm include a 700 square meter lobby located at the center of the hotel.
