Former Trump campaign chair and White House chief strategist Steve Bannon is charged with conspiracy to commit wire fraud and money laundering. CNN's Kaitlan Collins reports prosecutors say Bannon took hundreds of thousands of dollars from Trump supporters, under the guise of raising money for "We Build the Wall," for his own personal gain.
