
'Beyond a shame': Europe's largest carnival canceled again
The Notting Hill Carnival, Britain's biggest celebration of Caribbean culture, has been canceled for the second year in a row due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The carnival, second only in size to Rio, traditionally takes place on the last weekend of August in London's diverse Notting Hill neighbourhood.
