Reports: Scientists see breakthrough in 'holy grail' of clean energy

The Washington Post reports that the US Department of Energy is expected to announce that for the first time scientists have successfully produced a nuclear fusion reaction resulting in a net energy gain. CNN's Bill Weir joins "CNN This Morning" with more.
