The Islamic State's Central Africa Province fighters claimed responsibility for a deadly attack on the town of Palma in northern Mozambique, according to a statement published by ISIS' affiliated media wing, Amaq news agency. Dozens of people have been killed, Omar Saranga, spokesman for the Mozambique Defense and Security Forces, said. CNN's David McKenzie reports.
