Sally expected to make landfall in Louisiana as a hurricane
Tropical Storm Sally continues to strengthen across the Gulf of Mexico with sustained winds of 60 mph. CNN meteorologist Tom Sater reports the storm could be a Category 2 hurricane when it makes landfall near New Orleans.
